Join us in honoring our local heroes. NY Legacy of Heroes invites vendors to showcase their products and services at our upcoming community event.

Date & Time: September 12, 2026 | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Rochester Community Grounds
Basic Rules: All vendors must provide their own equipment. Setup begins at 7:00 AM. Please ensure adherence to all local safety and health regulations.

All vendor applications must be filled out completely.
All vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and shelters.
No vendors offering alcohol, cannabis or age-restricted products will be accepted. No weapons or fireworks sales.
All vendors agree to a “carry in – carry out” policy. No refuse can be left behind. All vendors agree to be respectful of each other, the staff and management of
NY Legacy of Heroes, Inc and the event property.
All vendors will be notified approximately eight (8) days prior to the event as to their assigned load in time and entry point, beginning at 10 AM
All 10 x 10 vendors receive two(2) vendor wrist bands.
All 10 x 20 vendors receive three(3) vendor wrist bands.
Additional wristbands may be available upon request. Contact us.
NY Legacy of Heroes, Inc. retains the right to refuse any vendor.
